Empress Pageant Entry Form

Those who have held an Accomplished National title,

Community Service America title, or been awarded an

Accomplished International title are eligible to compete.

Entry Fee is $100. Pageant takes place concurrently with

the National Pageants.

Competition includes: Interview, Home Town Costume, Fun Fashion, Formal and Onstage Question.
